Hi there, and happy Friday! Hope you all have had a great week! For today, I wanted to share a tip if you’ve always wanted to try wearing a bold lip!

“Wanting to wear that trendy bold lip color, but hesitant because you’re afraid it will be a big mess if you don’t commit to constant touch-ups? Instead of a lipstick or lipgloss, try a stain formula so you only apply once and won’t have to worry about it!”

When I’m at an event, I rather be enjoying it instead of constantly checking my makeup – that’s why I hate high maintenance lip products. With bright or bold colors, smearing, feathering or fading is a constant worry because you don’t want to look like a clown! That’s why I prefer using super long-wearing products such as stains – so once the lip color sets on my lips, I can forget about it!

Long-wearing lip products no longer have to be so drying that they make your lips crack. Here are two products that feel so comfortable, and I recommend both because of the great color and how well they wears:

1) Stila Lip & Cheek stain – I reviewed it in a berry color, though it comes in lots of other shades

and

2) Essence Stay Matte Lip Cream – I reviewed it in this awesome red, though it also comes in a magenta & nude
